It just sad that I have been a member after an identity fraud happened to me. I received a bill from a credit card company aside from my current credit card company and the worse part was, I do not carry a card from the company that issued me a bill. I immediately called the credit card company and reported that there was a bill sent to me by mistake. But it was no mistake.
A credit card account was opened under my name through the preapproved accounts. I immediately canceled the account but I still needed to pay for the charges that amounted to fifteen hundred dollars. The cost of the annual identity insurance premium is not even a fraction of the charge I have to pay for a credit card transaction I did not make.
